What a night!

Every seat at the Flinders University Tavern was filled for the Wolfe’s Tales book launch on November 12. The 2023 creative writing cohort finally got to see their blood, sweat, and tears pay off with the extremely successful night. Exceeding their sales goal, there are only a few copies of the book left! If you missed out on the launch, don’t worry–you can still grab a copy on the Glimmer Press website

Running as a part of the Flinders University Festival of Creative Arts, it was sure to be a fun-filled night. The lovely speeches from the authors, the amazing Flinders lecturers, and from Lynette Washingston herself, highlighted the significance of this event, but the true fun was with the dramatic readings of the anthology stories. Flinders’ second-year drama students gave phenomenal performances of excerpts from each Wolfe’s Tales story, which undoubtedly got the audience even more eager to read the book.

It was a beautiful and fun night, full of love and support from the family and friends of the Wolfe’s Tales team and Flinders University. The Wolfe’s Tales team is honoured and eternally grateful to everyone who showed up. Thank you.
